Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in The Buy Your First Business Challenge (the "Challenge"), operated by mrFourAM LLC, operating as FourAM Academy ("FourAM," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the Challenge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register.

1. The Challenge

The Challenge is a live, virtual educational program consisting of five core sessions (Monday, November 16 – Friday, November 20, 2026) plus a sixth bonus session (Saturday, November 21, 2026) available to VIP and Platinum ticket holders. Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Content, guest appearances, exact session length, and schedule are subject to change at FourAM's discretion, including due to circumstances described in Section 12.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to register. The Challenge is intended for individuals evaluating business acquisition as a wealth-building strategy and is not intended as a substitute for independent legal, tax, financial, or investment advice (see Section 9).

3. Registration & Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the email and phone number provided, as session links and time-sensitive materials are delivered there.

4. Tickets, Pricing & Payment

Four ticket tiers are available: Early Bird ($4), General Admission ($47), VIP ($97), and Platinum ($197). Pricing, tier inclusions, and availability windows are as stated on the registration page at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future registrants. VIP and Platinum tiers include access to a live Q&A window before each core session and, for Platinum, an additional happy-hour session and Day 6 access alongside VIP. Day 6 is available exclusively to VIP and Platinum ticket holders; there are no exceptions to this tier gate. Payment is processed at the time of registration through our third-party payment processor.

5. Refunds

Standard ticket purchases are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at buyyourfirstbusinesschallenge.com/refund-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The $1,997 Accelerator deposit is non-refundable, as disclosed separately at the point of that purchase and in your confirmation email. Enrollment in the Accelerator program itself is governed by a separate, signed Enrollment Agreement.

6. Financing

If you elect financing for an Accelerator enrollment, separate financing disclosures apply and are provided to you before you commit to a financing plan. FourAM is not the lender for third-party financing options and is not responsible for the terms, approval decisions, or servicing of any third-party financing product.

7. The Performance Guarantee

Accelerator enrollees may be eligible for FourAM's published guarantee ("the Know How to Buy Your First Business or We Pay You Guarantee"), the full terms of which are provided to you in writing before you enroll and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The guarantee is a service-completion guarantee tied to defined participation requirements. It is not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of business acquisition, income, profit, or any specific financial outcome.

8. Educational Purpose Only; No Professional Advice

The Challenge provides general education on business acquisition concepts. Nothing presented constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and no attorney-client, CPA-client, or financial-advisory relationship is formed by your participation. You should consult your own qualified professional advisors before making any financial or legal decision, including any decision to acquire a business or enter into financing.

9. No Income or Earnings Representations

FourAM makes no representation, promise, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding income, earnings, profits, or business acquisition outcomes that any participant may achieve as a result of the Challenge, the Accelerator, or any FourAM program. Any figures, examples, or discussions of acquisition mechanics presented during the Challenge are illustrative and educational only and are not a representation of typical or expected results. Testimonials and guest stories shared during the Challenge reflect individual experiences of current FourAM Academy members, are not necessarily representative of the experience of all participants, and do not state or imply a completed business acquisition or a specific financial outcome. Your results will depend on factors outside FourAM's control, including your own effort, financial position, market conditions, and decisions of third parties such as lenders and sellers.

10. Assumption of Risk

Business acquisition involves inherent financial and operational risk, including the risk of loss of capital. You acknowledge and accept this risk as a condition of participating in the Challenge and any subsequent FourAM program.

11. Live Session Recording & Consent

Sessions are recorded as described in our Privacy Policy. By joining any live session, you consent to being recorded, including where required by law for participants located in two-party/all-party consent states. If you do not consent to being recorded, please do not enable your camera or microphone during live sessions.

12. Force Majeure & Schedule Changes

FourAM will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Challenge as scheduled. However, dates, times, speakers, and format are subject to change, postponement, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond FourAM's reasonable control (including but not limited to platform outages, illness, or acts of God). In such cases, FourAM's sole obligation is to provide comparable rescheduled access or, at FourAM's discretion, a remedy consistent with the Refund Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All Challenge content — including slides, workbooks, recordings, frameworks, and the Acquisition Artistry methodology — is the property of FourAM and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Challenge content, including live sessions, without FourAM's prior written consent.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share your registration, ticket, or session access with anyone who has not purchased their own ticket; (b) disrupt, harass, or abuse other participants, guests, or staff during live sessions or in any community space; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to circumvent tier-based access restrictions, including the Day 6 VIP/Platinum gate. FourAM may remove any participant from a live session or community space for violation of these Terms, without refund.

15. Testimonials, Media Release & Community Content

Guest testimonials featured during the Challenge are provided by current FourAM Academy members and are subject to separate media release agreements governing FourAM's use of their name, likeness, and story beyond the live event date. If you submit content in the community space, chat, or homework prompts, you grant FourAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Challenge and future FourAM programs.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms (Zoom, GHL, Commas, Whop/ClarityPay, FlexxBuy, Denefits, ManyChat, Meta). FourAM is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FourAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FourAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO FourAM FOR THE CHALLENGE. FourAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FourAM, its officers, employees, contractors, and guest speakers from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Challenge, or any FourAM program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current consumer arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, or by video/phone if agreed by both parties. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver. You and FourAM agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. YOU AND FourAM EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

21. Modifications to These Terms

FourAM may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Challenge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

22. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any Guarantee Terms or Enrollment Agreement incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FourAM regarding the Challenge. FourAM's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your registration without FourAM's written consent.
