This Privacy Policy explains how mrFourAM LLC, operating as FourAM Academy ("FourAM," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with The Buy Your First Business Challenge and all associated registration pages, checkout pages, emails, text messages, live sessions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). • Information you provide to ManyChat via Instagram/Facebook Messenger direct-message automation

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To register you for and deliver the Challenge, including sending Zoom links, reminders, and replay access
  • To process payments, deposits, and financing applications
  • To evaluate Day 3 application submissions and route qualified applicants to a private conversation with our Acquisitions Enrollment Advisor
  • To provision access to purchased tiers and, for Accelerator members, to our learning management and membership systems

  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

Our funnel pages use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI), to measure advertising performance and attribute registrations and purchases to specific ad campaigns. The Meta Conversions API sends certain event data (such as registration or purchase confirmation) from our servers directly to Meta, in addition to browser-based pixel tracking. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your Meta Ad Preferences settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our pages.

4. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FourAM related to the Challenge, including reminders, schedule updates, and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional messages necessary to deliver the Challenge you purchased.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of service providers solely to operate the Services:

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: GoHighLevel (GHL) — registration, email, SMS, and workflow automation

Each third-party provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and terms; we encourage you to review them.

6. Live Session Recording

All live Challenge sessions, including Days 1–6, are recorded. By joining a live session, you consent to being recorded, including your video, audio, and any chat messages you submit, and to FourAM's use of that recording to produce replays, recap videos, and future marketing or promotional content in accordance with Section 15 of our Terms of Service. If you do not wish to appear on camera or have your microphone active, please keep your camera off and microphone muted; your presence in webinar chat or Q&A may still be recorded.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, including retaining transaction and communication records related to the Performance Guarantee and chargeback defense for the period required by our payment processors and applicable law.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which may include our use of the Meta Pixel/CAPI, depending on how your state defines "sharing"). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. This Policy is written for a United States audience under a CCPA-style framework; the Services are not directed to residents of the European Union or United Kingdom.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
